The New Poseur Bike Project(NPBP) Pt. I

So, if you've been following along at home, you, the reader, know that a couple of weeks ago, the New Poseur Bike Project(NPBP) was given the green light.
This differs from the usual Flat Tire Skunkworks(FTS) projects for all components are being sourced from outside contractors.
The Flat Tire Congress has just approved the black project funding so it's time to start moving ahead.
The NPBP hinges on one thing.
Campagnolo eleven speed.
The plus one or eleven speed system will require 66.94738% of all funds allocated, which does not follow the 33+33+33+33 budget.
Concessions will have to be made.
There are interested parties that seem to be advocating the use of the plus one, or eleven speed system, despite the large amount of research that shows the plus one, or eleven speed system is extraneous and is in fact, not figured in the budget(NFIB).
So, the NPBP committee has decided to revisit the feasibility of the said plus one, or eleven speed system.
There remains a probability that the plus one system may be acquired, for a test bed for said system is readily available.
The main argument against the mating of a new system with an existing system is whether or not said system will be blingalicious enough to meet or exceed Poseur status.
The main goal of the NPBP is to attain and maintain Poseur status with the allocated black project funding.
The constituents of Flat Tire Land have been led to believe that they are funding a snow blower.
The main components of the NPBP must meet certain criteria, such as the severe overstatement of rider abilities.
It must instill awe and religious respect among those who view the said project.
Campagnolo eleven speed meets this requirement.
If and only if the NPBP committee feels the one plus, or eleven speed system alone can insure true Poseur status, only then will the committee approve the acquisition.
Then and only then, will the committee disregard the need for a new test bed, the test bed committee will be disbanded and merged with the Unobtainable Lightness of Rotational Mass committee.
The Unobtainable Lightness of Rotational Mass committee will then suspend all negotiations with the outside contractor and commence to search for a reasonable replacement that can be funded with the remaining budget.
The acquired Rotational Mass will of course be held to minimum weight and unusable aerodynamic criteria.
Nothing less than impressive shall suffice.
To summarize, the one plus or eleven speed system is under consideration, but only if the existing test platform is maintained and not replaced.
The over the top qualities of the Rotational Mass may also be compromised if the one plus or eleven speed system is acquired.
The NPBP is to be completed in no more than six weeks, and at this time, the project is on schedule.
We will continue to post updates as they become available.

Out of curiosity, and relevant to certain aspects of your current funding appropriations, have you looked at the Pinarello fp4 snowblowers?

I haven't seen pricing yet on the FP4, but it's probably out of my range.
I did look take hard look at the FP2 & FP3 though. For one thing, I'm not sure I want a carbon based test unit.
The other thing was that the Unobtainable Lightness of Rotational Mass was a priority.
More on that later.

Sounds very interesting, if excessive. What's this mean for the Bianchi?
